Ileana Nazario is an illustrator and printmaker based in Rhode Island. In 2022, they graduated from The Maryland Institute College of Art in Baltimore with a BFA in Illustration, and minored in Printmaking.
Since 2022, they have been working in the printing and design industry.
They are the founder and co-owner of Double Cherry Press.
Their work is influenced by a rampant imagination and fascination with how fantasy and sci-fi genres are able to reflect the problems of the real world and make complex issues and feelings palatable for the viewer. Themes often seen in their work include climate change awareness and the LGBT+ experience.
